Custom Ensemble Process

Step One: Stile Individuale
What’s your individual style? Our goal during step one is to get to know who you are, what your style is, what the theme of your event is and how you envision the look and feel of the event. All of this information will help us to create the perfect invitation ensemble for you! Please fill out the simple form below to help us gather some preliminary information about you and your needs. We will then set up a meeting where we can discuss your vision in more detail.

Step Two: Bel Lavoro
After our meeting, Rebecca will customize beautiful work for you during step two based on your vision and ideas provided. This is our favorite part!  Our design fee is $100. This fee is non-refundable and will later be deducted from your final order (see Step Four).

Step Three: Perfezionare
We won’t stop until your invitation/custom ensemble is perfect! Once your proof is received you will give us your feedback and revisions will be made accordingly. Your package includes three revisions at no charge to ensure that your wording and layout are perfect. 

 Step Four: Con L' Amore
Once you have approved your design, we ask that you sign off on your proof. We will then send you a final invoice (with design fee deducted off of the amount). Upon receipt of payment, we will begin producing your custom pieces and send them off with love.  Please allow at least 4-6 weeks from start to completion of the entire process.
