Fraud: We check all orders very carefully and do not ship orders until payment is cleared or authorized. Generally, we require all orders are shipped to the same address as that associated with the credit card. We also impose additional methods to prevent fraud with the latest technology available associated with online shopping. In addition, when you place an order your IP address, date, and time is collected. An IP address can be tracked to the computer used to place the order.

SSL ensures that communication, personal informationis not tampered with during transmission. SSL encrypts or scrambles any information sent from you making it virtually impossible to tamper with. The information is unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.
In addition, when you send a payment using Paypal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.
Returns/Refunds:
For blank stock items or gifts:
If your item doesn't completely meet your expectations and you are unhappy, we will offer you a full refund within 15 days, however we are unable to refund the cost of shipping. Please contact us by email if you would like to return your order.
For custom printed invitations/gifts, Inkwell invitations and custom embroidered gifts:
Unfortunately due to the fact that custom embroidered gifts and custom printed invitations are often for a one time usage and personalized, we cannot accept returns on any custom merchandise. All sales are final.
Sales Tax: A sales tax of 8.00% will be charged to all orders shipped within California.
Shipping:
Grace Amore Invitation & Favor Boutique orders are sent via UPS Ground. We often ship blank stock invitations/favors from the manufacturer directly to your home. Custom printed invitation orders ship from our facility in California. Shipping times vary depending on the manufacturer's location in relation to your shipping location. Typically you will receive a ground shipment 3-5 business days after the order has left the facility. The in-house processing time for most blank stock items is 1-2 business days. Please Note: Shipping times are in addition to processing times. A tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment which will give you an exact delivery date. If you are in a rush to recieve your order, please contact us for information on expedited shipping methods.
Special Offers: Grace Amore will occasionally offer special promotional discounts and offers. To take advantage of special offers, discount codes must be entered during the check-out process. If the code is not entered, the discount will not be applied. Discounts cannot be applied after the order is placed.
